We are seeking an Entry-Level Insurance Sales Associate who is motivated, coachable, and ready to grow. This position is part of our April hiring group, and we are looking for candidates who will be licensed and ready to start in April 2026.
No prior insurance experience is requiredtraining and licensing support are provided.
This is a full-time in-office sales role, MondayFriday, with two schedule options : 8 AM to 5 PM or 10 AM to 7 PM (both include a 1-hour lunch).
You will be responsible for contacting potential clients, developing quotes, presenting insurance options, and helping customers protect what matters most.

Responsibilities
Meet or exceed new business production goals and agency targets.
Develop insurance quotes, explain coverage options, and close sales.
Make outbound calls using VOIP systems and auto-dial technology to contact potential customers.
Build trust and rapport through effective communication and follow-up.
Stay organized with accurate CRM notes, pipeline updates, and follow-up tasks.
Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and skill development.
Requirements
Property & Casualty License required to start; licensing support provided during onboarding process.
Coachable, positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
Highly self-motivated and able to work independently.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Reliable, dependable, and strong follow-through skills.
Bilingual Spanish / English a plus, but not required.
Comfortable working in a sales-driven environment.
