[job_card.job_description]Teamwork Big Picture Thinking Communication Problem Solving Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics , or related field Proven experience (typically 1 3+ years ) as a Data Analyst or similar role Strong proficiency in SQL and relational database systems Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent) Proficiency in Excel , including advanced functions Knowledge of statistical analysis and data-driven decision-making Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities Ability to manage competing priorities and work under deadlines.
Position Summary :
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to transform raw data into meaningful insights that support strategic decision-making across the organization.
Location : Onsite and Hybrid (Indiana)
Work Authorization : GC, GC EAD, H4 EAD, USC
Key Responsibilities :
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources.
- Build dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
- Identify trends, patterns, and insights to support business decisions.
- Develop and maintain automated data pipelines and ETL processes.
- Work with stakeholders to understand analytical needs and deliver actionable insights.
- Create data models, forecasts, and scenario analyses.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security.
