About the Role

Malta Dynamics is seeking an enthusiastic Product Development Technicia n to join our growing product development team. In this hands-on role, you’ll help design, prototype, test, and improve fall protection and safety products used on job sites across the country. You’ll work closely with the Product Development Manager and collaborate with international vendors, engineers, and testing partners to bring new products to life.

What You’ll Do

• Design and engineer fall protection and safety products.
• Create and update CAD models, drawings, and design files.
• Work with international vendors, engineers, and testing facilities on prototypes and production samples.
• Support product testing and help prepare technical data for manuals, labels, and other materials.
• Assist with improving product performance, durability, and usability.
• Help maintain documentation for product designs and revisions.
• Provide technical support to internal teams and customers when needed.
