• Full time, permanent opening
• Seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) to provide direct patient care.
• The Nurse Practitioner works in collaboration with the Physician as well as nursing and support services to provide patient-focused care
• This position offers a Monday through Friday schedule and will cover weekend rounds.
• Works in collaboration with the Physician as well as nursing and support services to provide patient-focused care
• Performs history & physicals, documentation of findings; communication with collaborating Provide
• Orders appropriate diagnostic testing; reviews results / informs patients & Providers of findings and required follow up
• Patient education and support.
• Ensures continuity of care for follow-up treatments.
• Other duties as necessary under direction of Provider / s and Administration.
• As expected with all healthcare positions, must adhere to HIPAA / OSHA regulations and maintain annual required workplace trainings.
