Emergency Room Registered Nurse – Days/Nights/Mixed – Full-Time Location:

• Marion County, FL Pay Range: $32.00 - $48.00/hour (based on experience) Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 (Days) / $20,000 (Nights) Relocation Assistance: Available on a case-by-case basis Shift Options: Days, Nights, or Mixed (Rotating Weekends) Shift Differentials: $4.25/hour for night shifts A leading hospital in Marion County is actively seeking skilled and resilient Registered Nurses to join their Emergency Room team.
• As an ER RN, you will provide critical care in a high-acuity environment, where your clinical expertise, quick thinking, and compassion will make a direct difference in patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
