We are seeking highly skilled and experienced analysis and operations-focused Task Order Manager to oversee and coordinate analysis related programs supporting the 480th Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance Wing (480 ISRW). Program Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all projects align with organizational goals, are delivered on time, and meet quality standards. This role requires expertise in program management, leadership, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders effectively.

Key Responsibilities :

• Plan, execute, and oversee programs and projects to ensure alignment with 480 ISRW goals and mission objectives.
• Define program objectives, scope, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop and manage program budgets, schedules, and resources.
• Monitor program performance and progress, identifying and mitigating risks as needed.
• Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and collaboration.
• Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process optimization.
• Travel required up to 15%.

Target Salary Range : $135,000 - $216,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
