About the Role

As the IT Specialist , you will be the primary IT point of contact for NY office , acting as a one-person IT operation responsible for all on-site technology needs. You will ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations, provide hands-on support to employees, and maintain a reliable and secure technical environment.

In this role, you will also support LATAM remote employees and collaborate closely with the global IT team to align local activities with company-wide standards, initiatives, and infrastructure projects. This position is ideal for a proactive, resourceful, and technically skilled professional who enjoys working independently.

What You'll Be Doing

• Support aspects of the office IT infrastructure, including implementations, and end-user interaction
• Provide support for SaaS environments, including G-Suite and Okta
• Follow standard IT procedures, log all IT interactions, and administer ticketing system
• Facilitate processes of onboarding and off-boarding employees from an IT perspective.
• Troubleshoot Tier 1-2 office network and connection issues
• Keep the IT-related inventory up-to-date
• Provide technical support for video conferencing and audio / visual setups, including company events.

Qualifications

The base salary range for this position is $70,000-$75,000. This range is applicable to candidates who will perform the job either wholly, or in part, within New York City. Actual salary will be based on qualifications, competencies, and location. If you feel this range is not attractive, we encourage you to let us know through the application process.
