Member Engagement Events and Gift Execution

Troubleshooting / ServiceNow ticket submission & follow-up

Assist in facilitating program training and distribution of communication to Playmakers

Communicate Effectively with Member Services as well as Members

Platinum Callaway Club & Material inventory management

Qualifications

What We're Looking For

High school diploma or equivalent

Administrative professional experience is preferred

Sales or Customer Service experience is preferred

Proficiency in MS Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Ability to manage a large volume of emails and phone calls daily

Process-oriented, organized, fast and accurate and able to work under pressure and meet project timeline goals

Attention to detail, commitment to quality, results driven, and player focused

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as email and phone etiquette
