A company is looking for a Customer Support Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and / or phone in a timely and professional manner
Troubleshoot issues and provide step-by-step solutions while documenting customer interactions
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services, and contribute to knowledge base articles
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree is a plus)
Previous experience in customer service, support, or helpdesk roles preferred
Fluency in English
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
