Job Description

• Create Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patients' individual needs and craft customized therapy approaches to help them achieve their functional ambitions
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Employ evidence-based practices that enhance patients' motor skills, cognitive function, and daily living activities
• Collaborate with Diverse Teams: Work in unison with fellow occupational therapists, physical therapists, speech therapists, physicians, and nursing staff to deliver comprehensive, holistic care
• Guide Patients and Caregivers: Educate patients and their families on effective therapy strategies to ensure continued progress at home
• Track and Record Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to keep patients on their path to recovery

Education

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college
• Commitment to ongoing education and professional certifications encouraged and supported

Certifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification required
