We are seeking a highly skilled CNC Machinist / Programmer with 10+ years of hands-on experience to join our precision manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of CNC machining operations, tooling, setup, and programming. This role requires the ability to work independently, solve complex machining problems, and produce high-quality parts to tight tolerances.

Key Responsibilities :

Program, set up, and operate CNC mills and lathes to produce precision parts.

Create, read, and modify G-code and M-code programs as needed.

Interpret complex blueprints, CAD drawings, and engineering specifications.

Select appropriate tools, fixtures, and materials for each job.

Perform first-article inspections and ensure parts meet quality standards.

Troubleshoot machine and program issues to minimize downtime.

Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines.

Collaborate with engineers, quality control, and other machinists to optimize production.

Maintain accurate documentation of work performed, including job travelers and inspection records.

Qualifications :

Minimum 10 years of CNC machining and programming experience required.

Proficient in G-code programming, CAD / CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, Fusion 360, or similar).

Experience working with a variety of materials including aluminum, stainless steel, and plastics.

Strong knowledge of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).

Ability to work from engineering drawings and tight tolerances (+ / - .001” or better).

Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
