Senior Director Of Supply Chain Systems, Oms

The Senior Director Of Supply Chain Systems, Oms plays a strategic and results-driven leadership role, overseeing the development, integration, and continuous improvement of Order Management Systems (Oms) and orchestration platforms. This position is central to enhancing system performance, driving operational excellence, and cultivating a collaborative and innovative culture across the organization.

Reporting to the VP of Supply Chain Systems, the role requires deep technical expertise, strong leadership capabilities, and a commitment to building scalable systems and high-performing teams.

Basic Qualifications :

  • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain or related field OR equivalent experience.
  • 12+ years of progressive responsible experience in supply chain systems or enterprise technology.
  • Proven expertise in Oms, system integration, and orchestration platforms.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain and warehouse operations and technologies (ERP, WMS, TMS, eCommerce).
  • Experience with modern integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi, Kafka) and cloud platforms.
  • Demonstrated success in leading digital transformation and building high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking skills.

    • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Familiarity with ERP, WMS, and TMS systems and how they interface with Oms.
  • Experience in building high-volume, high-availability transactional platforms.
  • Experience in retail, manufacturing, or logistics industries.
  • Familiarity with Agile, DevOps, and CI / CD practices.
  • Certifications in supply chain, cloud architecture, or enterprise integration.
