Key Responsibilities
Manage the full lifecycle of account management for B2B partners, ensuring successful operations
Lead operational onboarding for partners, providing training and support throughout the account creation process
Collaborate with strategic account managers to foster business growth and address operational challenges
Required Qualifications
Experience in external-facing enterprise account management, onboarding, or customer success roles
Process-oriented with experience in building back-end processes and systems for account management
Ability to work through ambiguity in a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment
Self-starter attitude with a focus on impact and results
Prior experience in life insurance is a plus but not required
