Description
As a Clinical Laboratory Associate, you will play an essential role in our healthcare team by performing phlebotomy and specimen processing tasks while providing excellent client service. Your primary responsibilities will include obtaining blood samples from patients promptly and accurately, following established collection policies. You'll undergo training to achieve phlebotomy competency within the first three months of employment.
Your role also includes ensuring specimens are correctly labeled and handled per our policies. You will complete your specimen processing competency training within the first three months. Basic client service tasks—such as entering requisitions, verifying requisition details, and filing—will also be part of your duties, with competency expected after one year. Additionally, you may be assigned other essential tasks as needed.

The listed pay range is the base salary; additional compensation may be available, including shift differentials, overtime, extra shift incentives, and bonuses.
