Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to design and establish a brand-new value chain for our RI electrification business. To lead the development of transportation planning, kitting, logistics, packaging processes and implementation of quality gates for material movement. This role will ensure the highest levels of quality, reliability, and efficiency in our logistics and transportation. What you will do:

• Collaborate with PSLD in designing and optimizing transportation planning and logistics networks for efficient and cost-effective delivery

• Develop and manage packaging strategies to ensure product protection and minimize environmental impact

• Lead the kitting strategies with 3PL’s and collaboration with internal cross functional teams

• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies

• Develop and implement quality gates for outbound product flow

• Drive innovation, sustainability, and digitalization in outbound transportation quality, logistics, and packaging processes

Degree Requirement
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience desired

What Skills you will have:

Business Process Design : Knowledge of business process design; ability to develop appropriate techniques to re-examine key processes and focus on optimizing organizational performance.
Level Extensive Experience:
• Participates in the design and implementation of a supporting organizational structure.
• Redesigns or enhances business processes to meet regulatory requirements.
• Trains others to identify and implement required infrastructure to support specific processes.
• Leads a variety of types of business process design initiatives.

• Transportation and Logistics, Quality, 3PL Kitting, and Supply Chain Planning experience .

Process Management : Knowledge of business process improvement tools and techniques; ability to understand, monitor, update, control, or enhance existing business or work processes.
Level Extensive Experience:
