Pricing Analyst

Our client, a growing manufacturing organization near Naperville, is seeking a Pricing Analyst to support cost analysis, margin optimization, and data-driven pricing strategies. This temp-to-hire position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys using analytics to influence business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze pricing data, including competitor pricing, market behavior, and historical trends, to recommend optimal pricing strategies.
• Review production costs, operational expenses, and profit margins to support pricing decisions.
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Product teams to gather insights and align pricing strategies with business goals.
• Build and maintain pricing models, dashboards, and reporting tools to support ongoing decision-making.
• Conduct scenario analysis to assess the financial impact of pricing changes.
• Monitor pricing performance and identify opportunities for margin improvement or strategic adjustments.
• Support the implementation of new pricing strategies, including documentation and communication across teams.

Qualifications

Pay : $28 - $35 / hr
