Key Responsibilities
Identify and engage health insurance brokers and consultants to develop relationships aligned with target employer segments
Generate qualified employer opportunities and support broker enablement efforts with necessary sales tools
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth transitions and accurate tracking of broker-sourced activities
Qualifications
3-6+ years of experience in B2B sales, channel sales, or broker development, preferably in health benefits or HR tech
Experience working with health insurance brokers or benefits consultants
Proven ability to prospect, build relationships, and generate pipeline
CRM experience, preferably with Salesforce
Comfortable in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
