Health Information Management Representative

A company is looking for a Health Information Management Representative.

Key Responsibilities

Review electronic chart documentation for accuracy and completeness

Process release of information (ROI) requests and manage documentation requests

Scan, edit, and maintain medical records in electronic systems

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma / GED or equivalent experience

Must be 18 years of age or older

1+ year of customer service experience in a healthcare environment

1+ year of Health Information Management (HIM) or Release of Information (ROI) experience

Experience with Microsoft Office products
