Position Title : Alternative Asset Opportunities Associate

Location : New York, Boston

Salary Range : $225,000 - $445,000

About the Opportunity

Advises global institutional investors on complex alternative asset transactions, including private equity, credit, real estate, venture capital, and infrastructure. Drafts documents, conducts due diligence, provides regulatory guidance, assists with fund formation and secondary transactions, and mentors junior attorneys.

REQUIREMENTS :

• 3–6 years legal experience in alternative asset transactions
• J.D. degree, admission to relevant bar
• Strong analytical, drafting, negotiation, and client communication skills
