Exchange Operations Manager

A company is looking for an Exchange / Platform Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a team focused on system stability and day-to-day operations of exchange products

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and continuous improvement in trading operations

Oversee product development of internal tools and ensure governance of trading policies and procedures

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience operating similar platforms (e.g., CFD, trading desks, crypto exchanges)

Technical knowledge of tech stacks and operational processes

Strong data and quantitative skills, including proficiency in SQL and Python

Familiarity with financial market products, especially in cryptocurrency

Ability to make decisions in a fast-paced, 24 / 7 environment
