Our client a leading AmLaw 100 national law firm is seeking a driven Associate Attorney to join its dynamic Employment Litigation Practice in California . This is an exciting opportunity to work on sophisticated employment litigation mattersincluding class action single-plaintiff and Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA) litigationwithin a collaborative team serving major employers across industries.

Candidate Profile

• JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record
• Active Bar Admission in California in good standing
• 4 years of substantive employment litigation experience
• Experience representing employers in federal and California state employment matters
• Exposure to class action and PAGA litigation preferred but not required
• Strong understanding of federal and California employment laws and regulations
• Demonstrated ability to handle all aspects of complex litigation including briefing discovery depositions and motion practice
• Prior experience at a large California defense firm or a smaller boutique firm handling sophisticated management-side employment matters
• Excellent writing research and oral advocacy skills with strong attention to detail
• Collaborative mindset and a commitment to providing exceptional client service
