Earn an additional $12 / hr as an RN or $10 / hr as an LPN when committing to 72-80 hours per pay period!

$5,000 for RNs and $4,000 for LPNs.

Positions Available

Lead RN – Monday to Friday, AM Shift (7 AM to 3 PM) :

Support frontline staff by assisting with daily care coordination and administrative tasks, including discharge planning, infection monitoring, care supervision, and conducting CBRF courses. Participate in weekend on-call rotations with potential 1-2 holiday on-call shifts per year.

RN / LPN – PM and NOC Shifts (Full-time / Part-time) :

Provide direct supervision and leadership to LPNs, CNAs, and other personnel. Manage resident care delivery with respect, compassion, and professionalism while ensuring adherence to pharmaceutical policies, care plans, and professional documentation standards.

16 / 24 Status Position :

Ideal for professionals who prefer working primarily weekends (3 weekends / month), with an increased pay rate to reflect this schedule.
