Full-Time Occupational Therapist Envoy Recruitment

Location : Goodyear, AZ

Pay Range : $40.00 $58.00 / hour (based on experience)

$5,000 SignOn Bonus Available!

Envoy Recruitment is seeking a passionate and skilled Occupational Therapist for a full-time, permanent position at a leading hospital in Goodyear, AZ. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative rehab team in an acute care setting and make a lasting impact on patient outcomes.

Position Highlights :

$5,000 signon bonus for eligible full-time hires

Permanent, direct-hire role

Strong interdisciplinary team and supportive leadership

Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and retirement benefits

Location : Goodyear, AZ

️ Key Responsibilities :

Assess and treat patients using customized occupational therapy plans

Support recovery and independence through therapeutic interventions

Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and rehab staff

Educate patients and caregivers on home care strategies

Maintain detailed and timely clinical documentation

Qualifications :

Active Arizona Occupational Therapist license (or eligibility to obtain)

Graduate of an accredited OT program

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Acute care experience preferred, but new grads welcome!
