We are seeking to employ a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and / or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to become a part of our esteemed Counseling and Rehabilitation team, dedicated to delivering high-quality mental health services. Amazing Counseling and Rehabilitation specializes in providing compassionate and tailored online / in person mental health services for adults.

Benefits

⦁ Pay is $35-40 per 60-minute appointment for licensed counselors (1099) (LCSW, LPC) contingent upon the individual's level of experience.

⦁ Pay for licensed counselors (W2) (LCSW, LPC) contingent upon the individual's level of experience.

W2 employee - Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance, 401K after 1yr and PTO

⦁ No need to look for referrals, Amazing Counselling receives referrals and matches them to provider’s availability and specialty.

Requirements

Amazing Counseling is seeking therapists who can accept a minimum of 8 client caseload per day and provide quality care for the full duration of the referral (6 months or 12 months with the possibility of extending the duration of care).

Must be state licensed in the state of Texas as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and / or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)

Must be able to provide services independently, without supervision

Must have a National Provider Identification (NPI) number or be eligible and interested to register for an NPI number

Skills :

⦁ Knowledge of mental health and / or substance abuse diagnosis

⦁ Treatment planning

⦁ Comfortable with utilizing technology at all points of the day, including telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools

⦁ Experience working in partnership with clients to achieve goals

⦁ Ability to utilize comprehensive assessments
