Job Description :

The Club Manager is responsible for leading the overall success and daily operations of the Anytime Fitness club. This position requires strong leadership sales ability and a passion for creating a positive high-energy culture centered around member results and team development. The Club Manager leads by exampledriving growth accountability and performance across all key areas of the business.

Responsibilities :

• Oversee all club operations to ensure an exceptional member experience and a clean professional environment.
• Drive membership sales renewals and personal training revenue through consistent outreach and lead management.
• Recruit train and develop a high-performing team of Fitness Coaches and Membership Managers.
• Manage and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as membership growth cancellations revenue and retention.
• Conduct regular team meetings one-on-one coaching sessions and performance check-ins.
• Build strong relationships with members and the local community to enhance brand reputation and engagement.
• Ensure compliance with Anytime Fitness brand standards safety guidelines and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with ownership and regional leadership to implement strategies that support long-term growth.
• Participate in ongoing leadership development and mastermind training programs to continue professional growth and team leadership skills.
