Key Responsibilities
Review appraisals to ensure accuracy and compliance with lender guidelines
Analyze quality reports to identify trends and recommend improvements
Assist in implementing quality processes and perform various departmental support functions
Required Qualifications
High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
0-2 years of related work experience in quality control or the appraisal industry
Detail-oriented with a strong background in quality assurance
Ability to follow clearly defined procedures and guidelines
Experience in addressing discrepancies and communicating revisions effectively
