Role Overview
We are looking for a seasoned Salesforce Developer with specialized experience in Health Cloud and a strong background in building scalable, secure solutions on the Salesforce platform. This role focuses on designing and implementing advanced features tailored for healthcare workflows, ensuring seamless integration and optimal user experience.
Core Responsibilities
- Develop and customize Salesforce applications leveraging Health Cloud, Experience Cloud, Lightning components, and Flow automation.
- Configure and optimize healthcare-specific data models, including patient and provider records, care plans, and related objects.
- Build and enhance Experience Cloud portals with a focus on usability and performance.
- Collaborate with administrators, architects, and analysts to convert business needs into technical solutions.
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to integrations, data quality, and system performance.
- Participate in code reviews, release cycles, and environment management to maintain high standards.
- Stay informed on Salesforce updates and best practices to continuously improve solutions.

Extensive experience with Salesforce Health Cloud and its data modelHands-on expertise with Experience Cloud and Lightning Aura ComponentsStrong proficiency in Salesforce Flows (including orchestration and screen flows)Preferred Skills
HTML / CSS for portal customizationKnowledge of Salesforce Scheduler and appointment management toolsFamiliarity with Platform Events and event-driven architectureApex programming (classes, triggers, async processes)Exposure to Prompt Builder and AI-driven Salesforce toolsExperience with Omnistudio (DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, FlexCards)CI / CD pipeline setup using GitHub Actions, Bitbucket, Copado, or Azure DevOpsCertifications & Experience
Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I / II, Health Cloud, OmniStudio Developer)Background in healthcare or regulated environments (HIPAA knowledge is a plus)Strong communication and documentation skills
