JOB TITLE : Quality Inspector

LOCATION : Mesa, AZ

PAY RATE : $31-39 / hour

We are a national aerospace and defense staffing agency seeking highly qualified candidates for a position with a top-tier client.

Job Details :

Job Type : Contract (4+ months with potential for extension)

Shifts : Must be open to various shifts (4x10 Mon Thurs 6 : 00am 4 : 30pm or 4 : 00pm 2 : 30am; 3rd shift Thurs Sun)

Qualifying Questions :

Are you a U.S. person as defined under ITAR regulations?

Do you meet the educational and experience requirements for this role?

Can you commute to the job location or relocate if necessary?

Summary :

Perform in-process and final assembly inspections per QMS requirements.

Accurately document inspection results and input data.

Communicate acceptance criteria and results to engineering, management, and production teams.

Generate Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) in Oracle ERP.

Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Requirements :

High school diploma or GED required.

A&P License required.

3 5 years of quality inspection experience in aerospace / manufacturing.

Knowledge of AS9100 and FAA / aviation industry requirements.

Strong background in aircraft mechanical and pneumatic systems, integration, and inspection techniques.

Proficient with precision measurement tools , Microsoft Office, CATIA V5 (or similar), and interpreting 2D / 3D drawings.

Excellent attention to detail, technical writing, and communication skills.

Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and meet required vision standards.

Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
