Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Communications Assistant to join our dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for recent graduates or individuals looking to start their career in communications, marketing, or public relations.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the creation and distribution of internal communications materials.
  • Manage and update social media accounts to enhance engagement and reach.
  • Draft press releases, newsletters, and communications collateral as needed.
  • Support the planning and execution of events, including workshops and conferences.
  • Conduct research on industry trends and audience preferences to inform communications strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and content management systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Creative mindset with a willingness to contribute new ideas.
