QA Analyst

Technical / Functional Skills

• 3+years QA experience
• Proficiencyin manual testing methodologies and techniques, including functional,regression and end-to-end integration testing.
• Strongcommunication skills to collaborate with developers, BSA’s and other onshoreteam members.
• Experiencecollaborating effectively with co-located development and QA team.
• AnalyticalSkills : The ability to analyze requirements and identify test scenarios andcases effectively.
• Domainknowledge - Policy admin systems, Life Insurance and Annuity domain experiencewould be a great plus. (Optional)
• BasicSQL queries
• Knowledgeand understanding of working with QA tools / Jira, to create and execute testcases and to log / track defects.
• Basicknowledge on API testing
• Experienceworking on Agile team and ceremonies.
• Testingprograms that address areas such as database impacts, software scenarios,regression testing, negative testing, error or bug retests, or usability.
