Capex Equipment Buyer

A company is looking for a Capex Equipment Buyer.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end purchasing process for capital equipment and automation

Develop and issue RFQs / RFPs to qualified vendors based on approved requirements

Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and other commercial terms to optimize total cost of ownership

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Healthcare Administration, Engineering, or related field; or equivalent relevant experience

2-4 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain, preferably in healthcare or regulated environments

Demonstrated experience negotiating contracts and pricing for high-value purchases

Strong understanding of basic financial concepts such as capex vs. opex and total cost of ownership

Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and deadlines in a fast-growth environment
