Key Responsibilities
Lead a team to drive revenue growth and provide excellent customer support within assigned accounts
Develop and implement sales strategies for upselling, cross-selling, and retaining the existing Enterprise customer base
Collaborate with various departments to optimize sales opportunities and ensure superior customer experience
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High School Diploma / GED
5-7 years of relevant work experience
Experience in account management and strategic selling
Ability to manage teams and provide subject matter guidance
Familiarity with sales processes and customer relationship management
