Electrician

Job Summary: The Electrician position serves as an essential part of successful electrical system installs on our industrial projects. Our Electricians are responsible for ensuring a quality install for our customers and doing so by promoting safety at all times.

Responsibilities:

• Install electrical systems per job specs, drawings, change orders, etc.
• Make repairs per customer requests
• Clear and consistent communication with Foreman on job progress
• Communicate with Foreman any requests outside of job scope
• Able to read and interpret all job site documentation
• Ensure that installations are done per job documents and drawings
• Consistently uphold Moore's and the Customer's safety protocols
• Complete other tasks as requested by Foreman.

Requirements:

• High school diploma/GED
• Journeyman card preferred
• 2+ years of industrial electrical experience
• Must be able to lift 85+ pounds
• Able to work from ladders, scaffolds, and lifts
• Able to use hand and power tools
• Great interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal
• Must have a valid driver's license
• PLC install, controls, and troubleshooting experience preferred
• Basic computer skills; Microsoft Office, Internet, Email preferred but not required
