At European Wax Center – Arlington Highlands, we are proud to be the industry leader in out-of-home waxing. As a Guest Service Associate (GSA), you’ll be at the heart of the guest journey, delivering an exceptional guest experience, educating guests on the benefits of Wax Passes, and managing reservations to keep our center running at its best. Our best-in-class training will give you all the tools you need to succeed, and our commission + bonus structure ensures that the more you achieve, the more you earn. With your help, we’ll give every guest a reason to Walk In, and Strut Out.
In this role, you will :
- Delight Guests : Provide a warm, welcoming first impression and guide guests through their entire visit.
- Drive Wax Pass Sales : Confidently educate guests on the benefits of Wax Passes and pre-paid packages while meeting and exceeding sales goals.
- Manage Reservations : Ensure appointment books are accurate, optimized, and running smoothly to maximize center productivity.
- Support Center Success : Assist with guest check-in and check-out, promote seasonal offers, and ensure the lobby experience is flawless.
- Grow Your Career : Receive continuous training, recognition, and advancement opportunities as you develop into a sales and service leader.
