Salary :

Reporting to the Chief Solutions Officer, the Vice President of Engineering will be a strategic and operational leader responsible for accelerating product development and scaling engineering operations. This role will directly oversee engineering, devOps, QA, and product delivery teams, drive technology strategy, and ensure our solutions meet evolving market demands with speed, scalability, and quality.

Experience What were looking for

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field required; advanced degree (MS or MBA) preferred.
• 12+ years of experience in software engineering, with 5+ years in senior leadership roles.
• Proven track record of delivering SaaS products at scale and driving measurable business outcomes.
• Familiarity with AI technologies and their application in enterprise software building and products.
• Experience with acquisitions / mergers technology strategies, and technology partnerships
• Experience in the human services or public sector domain is preferred but not required.
