Job Description
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for the accurate and efficient processing of customer orders for materials and merchandise. This role involves receiving and entering orders, tracking their progress, and notifying customers of any changes in delivery schedules. The representative maintains detailed records of pricing, inventory levels, delivery dates, and other transaction-related data using specialized software or tracking systems. In addition to addressing non-technical customer inquiries via phone or email, the role supports effective communication and issue resolution. The representative also collaborates with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction and updates customer relationship databases as needed.
