Job Title : Senior Sterling OMS Developer / Lead

Location : Seattle WA (Onsite from day one)

Duration : 6 Month

Mandatory skill : IBM Sterling OMS Call Center SBC

Job Description :

10 years of hands-on experience in IBM Sterling OMS development and customization.

Expertise in designing and implementing order orchestration workflows sourcing rules and fulfillment logic.

Strong proficiency in Java / J2EE XML XSLT and JavaScript for Sterling OMS extensions and services.

Experience in developing and integrating REST / SOAP APIs within Sterling OMS ecosystem.

Deep understanding of Sterling OMS components : Process Types Pipelines User Exits Events and Services.

Proficient in configuring and customizing Sterling OMS UI (Web UI and Call Center UI).

Hands-on experience with Sterling OMS database schema and writing optimized SQL queries (Oracle / DB2).

Experience in integrating OMS with external systems like ERP WMS (e.g. Blue Yonder) and payment gateways.

Knowledge of Sterling OMS deployment architecture and performance tuning best practices.

Familiarity with DevOps tools : Git Jenkins Maven and CI / CD pipelines for Sterling OMS deployments.

Experience in debugging and resolving production issues in Sterling OMS environments.

Exposure to cloud-based Sterling OMS deployments and containerization (Docker / Kubernetes) is a plus.
