Master's deg in Architectural Engg, Civil Engg, Construction Mgmt, or a related field, + 36 months of exp in any occupation / s in which exp in construction engg & / or construction mgmt w / in the construction industry was gained. Special skills also reqd : managing architectural dsgns & tech'l aspects of construction for large-scale projects; reviewing construction drawings, project specs, & conducting site inspections; working on architectural dsgn principles, building codes incl IBC, ADA, & CBC; architectural dsgning & modeling s / ware incl AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, BIM, & Civil 3D; exp w / structural, mechanical, electrical, & plumbing systems integration into building dsgns; & working on project mgmt software incl Procore & Microsoft Project.
