Senior Graphic Designer## •### @ColtsCLOSED•Full-time## Job DescriptionThe Indianapolis Colts are seeking a highly talented and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to lead the development of innovative and visually compelling designs that elevate the Colts brand across multiple platforms. This role requires a creative visionary with a strong design portfolio, attention to detail, and the ability to execute high-quality work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. We follow these three key words to get the best results : Collaboration, Consistency and Creativity.Join the Indianapolis Colts and be part of a team that brings creativity, innovation, and excitement to one of the most passionate fan bases in the NFL!GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES* Develop and execute dynamic creative assets for digital, print, experiential and in-stadium environments that align with the Colts brand identity.* Brainstorm the conceptualization and design of marketing campaigns, social media graphics, digital campaigns, signage, and corporate partnership activations.* Work closely with the Creative Director to produce visually compelling storytelling that engages Colts fans and beyond.* Oversee brand consistency across all creative assets while continuously pushing the visual identity forward.* Collaborate with internal departments, including digital, social media, corporate partnerships, events and community relations, to ensure alignment with brand and marketing objectives.* Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining a high standard of design excellence.* Stay current with design trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in the sports and entertainment industry.* Contribute to a culture of creativity and innovation. We strive on creativity, consistency and collaboration.QUALIFICATIONS* 2+ years of professional design experience, preferably in sports, entertainment, or a related industry.* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).* Experience with After Effects is a plus.* Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and branding principles.* Ability to take projects from concept to completion with minimal supervision.* Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while managing multiple priorities.* A passion for football and knowledge of the NFL is preferred.* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Responsibilities and qualifications may change at any time with or without notice.Application Instructions : Interested candidates must submit a resume and a portfolio of work showcasing their design expertise.
