Overview

We’re working with a boutique retailer based in Charlotte, NC. They are looking for an eCommerce Specialist to own the day-to-day running and growth of their Shopify site. This is a brand with a strong D2C focus, and they’re looking for someone hands-on, technical, and commercial who can take their digital performance to the next level.

Base pay range

$65,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr

The role

You’ll be the go-to for everything eCommerce – from product merchandising and site updates, through to CRO, SEO strategy, and campaign management. You’ll collaborate with internal teams and external partners, and you’ll have the autonomy to test, optimise, and scale.

What you’ll be working on

• Running and optimising the Shopify store
• Driving SEO performance and content strategy
• Improving conversion through CRO, A/B testing and landing page optimisation
• Using HTML/CSS to make front-end updates where needed
• Managing product merchandising across the D2C store
• Leveraging Klaviyo for email and retention campaigns
• Tracking performance through GA4, reporting insights
• Running and scaling Paid Media campaigns across TikTok, Instagram and Meta

About you

• Strong Shopify background with hands-on site management
• Comfortable getting into the detail of site structure, UX and performance
• Analytical mindset – you can spot where the gaps are and fix them
• Creative with campaign execution, commercially minded with performance
• A mix of technical, marketing and trading skills – someone who can wear multiple hats in a boutique retail environment
