CNC Programmer / Operator

What Youll Do :

• Analyze specifications : Review job orders blueprints and technical drawings to calculate dimensions select tools and determine machine speeds.
• Program CNC machines : Create and optimize CNC programs using CAM software to ensure precision and efficiency.
• CNC setup & calibration : Set up CNC equipment calibrate tools and ensure proper machine function before production.
• Trial runs & adjustments : Perform trial simulations adjusting programs as needed to ensure accuracy and minimize errors.
• Safety & cleanliness : Follow all safety standards wear PPE for the duration of the shift while on the manufacturing floor and maintain a clean organized and safe work environment.

Cross-departmental support : Assist with other areas of production as needed to ensure smooth operations.
