BLOOM INTERNSHIP PROGRAM OVERVIEW

Bloom is MANE’s internship initiative that provides college students with valuable, hands-on industry experience while supporting our business needs. It’s designed to help interns develop their skills, knowledge, and network as they “bloom” into the professionals they aspire to be.

The Process Engineer Intern will work closely with Engineering and Maintenance team to improve the manufacturing capabilities of the site.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Duties will include auditing our fragrance manufacturing process, collecting production & process data, creating process flow diagrams, and generating reports.
• Create P&IDs, develop SOPs, and participate in the training of operations staff.
• Support site continuous improvement initiatives focused on cost savings, waste reduction, and productivity.
