About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Operations to lead and transform its operational functions. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, with at least 10 years' of operational leadership experience, particularly in a senior role within a consumer goods company. The role requires a proven track record in managing global supply chains, with a focus on sourcing from China, and experience in leading quality programs. The ideal candidate will have a background in fast-paced, high-growth environments, and demonstrate strong financial acumen.
