A company is looking for a Partner Growth Associate to expand referral partnerships and engage with potential clients.
Key Responsibilities
Research and identify potential referral targets and execute outbound campaigns to book qualified meetings
Collaborate with marketing to engage and convert Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) from campaigns and events
Monitor referral data to re-engage accounts and support campaigns for new program launches
Required Qualifications
1-4 years of experience in inside sales, outreach, or business development, preferably in healthcare or SaaS
Proven ability to prospect and convert high-quality meetings into growth opportunities
Experience working with marketing teams to engage and convert leads
Familiarity with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce
Bachelor's degree preferred
