Run efficient, thoughtful interviews and assessments to quickly identify bar-raising talent. Share the Underdog story with every candidate. Give them a clear view of our mission, culture, and growth while delivering an experience they'll remember. Own the pipeline end to end. Keep Greenhouse clean, organized, and moving fast. Turn data into impact. Report on pipeline health, uncover market trends, and bring fresh ideas that push our hiring forward. Step into hiring syncs with updates that matter - progress, wins, and what's next. 5+ years of recruiting or sourcing experience with a focus on technical talent. Strong ability to evaluate candidate skills, qualifications, and leveling while upholding a high talent bar. Great teammate with a track record of building trusted partnerships with hiring managers and recruiting peers. Thrives in high-growth environments with the ability to move quickly and decisively. Proactive and resourceful problem solver who takes ownership of challenges and drives solutions. Adaptable and resilient, able to shift priorities, embrace ambiguity, and maintain momentum. Ambitious self-starter with bonus points for full-cycle recruiting experience and closing top talent.

About The Role
Who You Are
Our targeted compensation rate for this position is $75 / hr. The starting rate will depend on a number of factors including the candidate's skills and experience, among other things.
This position may require sports betting licensure based on certain state regulations.
