Service Advisor

Audi North Austin is looking for a Service Advisor to join our team of talented professionals!

Duties / Responsibilities would include, but are not limited to :

• Works closely with customers regarding the servicing / maintenance of their vehicles.
• Write repair orders for Used Vehicles.
• Write repair orders for New Vehicles.
• Update Used Car department regarding repair orders.
• Follow up with the Used Car department when their special-order parts arrive.
• Follow up with clients about surveys.
• Transfer phone calls to make service appointments.
