The ideal candidate must be bilingual (fluent in Spanish and English). This role is to assist the attorney and case manager in conducting various tasks associated with a Worker's Compensation claim, and to communicate with opposing counsel, doctors offices and clients. Applicants must be solution-oriented, detail-oriented, self-driven, a team player, willing to learn and communicative.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support
• Complete various tasks related to an open case (file documents, request subpoenas, set up appointments + depositions, etc.)
• Handle communication with different parties
• E-file, set up doctor appointments, follow up with clients / doctors / opposing counsel, and more
• Locate and develop case relevant information

Qualifications

Looking for an in-person legal assistant to join our team on a full-time basis (5 days / week).
