Level 3 Mechanic / Technician

Location : Casa Grande, AZ located between Phoenix and Tucson,

Full-Time

Overview :

We’re looking for an experienced Level 3 Mechanic with strong hands-on skills and diagnostic ability across multiple vehicle systems — from chassis to high-voltage components. If you’re a “bumper-to-bumper” technician who can troubleshoot, repair, and restore vehicles to OEM standards, we want you on our team.

What You’ll Do :

• Full-System Repairs : Diagnose and repair across all major systems — electrical, suspension, HVAC, body, and interior.
• Electrical & Diagnostics : Perform electrical troubleshooting, harness and module repairs, and network communication diagnostics (CAN / LIN).
• Chassis & Suspension : Repair and replace control arms, frame components, steering systems, and suspension assemblies. Perform wheel alignments and ride height verification.
• Body & Interior : Repair and refit body panels, trim, glass, and interior components to OEM quality standards.
• Thermal & Fluid Systems : Service cooling, heating, and HVAC systems, including refrigerant recovery and leak detection.
• High-Voltage Systems : Safely diagnose and repair EV components including batteries, inverters, and distribution modules (training provided if needed).
