Starting Pay / Salary Range : Entry rate of $44.92 / hr or ~$112,000 / yr. Top level electricians can earn up to $60.43 / hr or ~$150,000 / yr as you grow in the organization. (Salary ranges here do not include shift differential or overtime.)

About the role : As a Plant Electrician & Instrumentation Technician you will troubleshoot electrical and controls issues on manufacturing equipment using electrical schematics, complete planned electrical installations and maintenance, assist with electrical and controls upgrades or improvement projects, and collaborate with machine mechanics, other electricians, and engineers to drive business results. Work a set, full-time schedule indoors! This role will initially be in South Boston and will transition to our Andover Manufacturing Center located ~25 miles north of Boston within the next five years. We expect all employees hired to make the transition to Andover as roles migrate to the new site.
