Industrial Printing Technician – Metal (Manufacturing)

Pay Rate :  $18.00 / hr - $20.00 / hr

Hours :  7am - 3 : 30pm

Position Overview

The Industrial Printing Technician is responsible for producing high-quality printed components on metal using silk screen printing methods. This role requires hands-on experience with screen printing on metal substrates and the ability to work independently while supporting overall production needs.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and set up screens and artwork for production.

Set up and operate screen printing equipment to produce quality printed parts.

Make adjustments during printing to ensure products meet specifications.

Clean and maintain screens, tools, and equipment after production runs.

Perform basic equipment maintenance and report any issues.

Work with production and engineering teams to support printing needs.

Assist in other production or finishing areas as needed based on workload.

Follow all safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures.

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Frequent standing, walking, reaching, and bending throughout the workday

Qualifications

Required : Prior experience with screen printing on sheet metal

Minimum 1 year of manufacturing experience

High school diploma or GED

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Dependable, self-motivated, and consistent work history

Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
